Rodney Edward Durant 54 of Whiteville transitioned into eternal rest on February 19, 2022.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday February 26, 2022 at 2:00PM from the Cherry Grove Cemetery in Whiteville; burial will follow. A Viewing will be held 1 hour prior to the service from 1PM-2PM.
Survivors are: daughters: Chatelle Fulton and Laquanta Carmichael; sons: Ronnie Bellamy, Edward Bellamy, Roderick Barr, Rondell Durant and Treyron Durant; brother: Sylvester Durant; sisters: Angela Marie Jenrette, Wendy Hamilton and Joann Simpson and ten grandchildren.
