Two men have been jailed after an eight year old girl was allegedly forced to watch a pornographic movie and perform sex acts.
Alton Lee Rhue, 47, was charged Monday with felony child abuse, and was released on a $5,000 secured bond. His son Tommy Rhue, 22, was released on a signature bond on charges of statutory rape, statutory sex offense, and indecent liberties with a minor. Both gave a Dulah Road address.
Warrants show that Alton Rhue is alleged to have left the child in the care of Tommy Rhue in late November or early December of last year. Tommy Rhue then reportedly made the girl watch “pornographic videos,” the warrant states, then “emulate what was on the videos.” Tommy Rhue performed several sex acts on the girl, according to the warrant.
The warrant for Tommy Rhue says he has an IQ of 50.
The sheriff’s office investigated the case.
Alton Rhue was arrested Oct. 22, 2021 for assaulting Tommy Rhue. He was charged with assault on a disabled person after allegedly punching Tommy Rhue in the face, according to the warrant.
