Sheila Yvonne McPherson Ward, age 63 of Whiteville, entered into her Heavenly home on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center “Angel House” in Whiteville.
She is the daughter of Yvonne Bowen McPherson and the late Acey Devon McPherson, and was also preceded in death by a sister, Samantha Lynn McPherson Bayne.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at the Sugar Berry Cemetery located at 811 Boswell Road, Whiteville, NC with Pastor John McPherson officiating.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Melissa Ann Sealey of Whiteville; her significant other, Tim Sibbett of the home; seven siblings, Judy M. Ikner (Roy) of Clarendon, Lisa M. Nobles of Whiteville, Carolyn M. Canady (Sam) of Whiteville, Brenda M. Sarvis (Randy) of Whiteville, Annie M. Long (Jeff) of Nakina, Randall Allen McPherson (Amanda) of Whiteville and Braydon Dale McPherson of Whiteville; and two grandchildren, Austin Hyatt and Reagan Hyatt; many loving nieces and nephews; and her pet daughter, Karma.
