State Forest Service officials have charged a man for setting a Feb. 4 brushfire.
Darcy Ty Hardwick, 23, was released on an unsecured bond on a single charge of setting fire to
grass, brush or woods. His address was listed as 282 Poley Bridge Road, Nakina.
The warrant shows that Hardwick is alleged to have set a fire at 436 Butler Town Road “with the intent to damage the property” which is owned by Darcy Daryl Hardwick.
His bond was set at $10,000.
