No charges will be filed after a toddler was struck and killed near Clarkton Monday.
Sgt. K. McVicker of the Highway Patrol said the two-year-old ran into traffic on Mercer Mill Road around 2:53 p.m. The child went into the path of a southbound automobile.
Neither speed, alcohol nor drugs played a role in the death, McVicker said. The assistant district attorney is not pursuing charges.
