The man who claimed to be a victim in an April shooting was arrested Thursday on assault charges in the incident. Timothy Rossell, 26, of 127 Oscar Blanks Rd., Bolton, was arrested in Pender County July 16 on charges from an April 20 shooting incident that left Dave Daniel, 53, hospitalized.
