The YWCA Lower Cape Fear Early Parenthood Program will be partnering with the Columbus County Partnership for Children (CCPC) to sponsor a free car seat safety check meeting on Wednesday, July 13.
The event will feature topics like car seat guidelines, programs available to Columbus County families, and resources for teen moms. Parents will also be invited to have their child’s car seat properly installed.
All those who register and attend will be put into a drawing for a car seat.
The meeting will take place from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. at the CCPC permanent checking station located at 105 West Main Street in Whiteville. For questions or to register, call 910.520.4819.
