The Columbus County Agricultural Fair is back in town for folks to enjoy this week. There are plenty of games, rides, and tons of food. Pudding Pleasantries is making their dessert debut this year, and the Veterans Memorial Park of America is set up honoring those who served.
Be sure to check out the Columbus County Beekeepers Association booth where the guys are on hand to tell you all about the tiny-winged heroes and their dance floor in the hive.
Admission is $8 a head, and Thursday is half price night. Kindergarten Day has been moved to Friday due to the weather, and Sunday is Carload Day. The cost is $40 per vehicle, and all passengers must be in a seatbelt. A ride wristband is included in the price.
