County crews hope to have water restored to all Water District II customers by 6 p.m.

A social media post shared this afternoon said 30 customers remain without water after a “blowout” that occurred around 6 a.m.

“Our team is continuing to work to make the repairs and we hope to have water restored by 6:00 p.m.,” the post said.

Crews worked through the storm finding the source of a major water outage that affected all of District II starting Sunday morning. Repairs were complete Monday night and early Tuesday morning. The new break occurred while pressure was being restored to the lines.

The boil advisory will continue until further notice.
