Corey Robert Heckler of Bladenboro has been charged with felony statutory rape of a child. The Bladen Sheriff’s Office said Heckler was arrested after a parent of a juvenile found inappropriate material on a child’s phone and contacted detectives.
He is being held under $250,000 secured bond. Sheriff Jim McVicker said more charges are pending.
