Edward Braxton, 85, of 268 Lealer Lyons Drive, Whiteville, NC, died Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.
The funeral will be 12:00 PM Saturday, December 21, at Mill Branch Baptist Church, 645 Harrelsonville Road, Whiteville, NC, by Pastor John Langley. Burial will be in the Cherry Grove Cemetery.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Chapel Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and at the church Saturday following the service.
Surviving are his sisters, Fannie Jones of Whiteville, Rosa Braxton and Margaret Braxton of Jersey City, NJ.
Friends may visit the family at 494 Jones-Edwards Circle, Whiteville, NC.
