Citizen complaints led to six arrests and the seizure of a large quantity of drugs in Bolton Feb. 2.
The sheriff’s office reported that the Vice Narcotics Division was investigating complaints about possible drug activity at a residence on Spearman Road. Detectives had the home under surveillance when they witnessed an alleged narcotics deal, a press release from the sheriff’s office said.
When the suspect vehicle was stopped near Delco, Charles Anthony Faulk Jr. of Wilmington and Jeremy Randall Wilson of Bolton were detained. Crack cocaine, oxycodone, marijuana scales and weights were confiscated.
Faulk was charged with sale and delivery of methamphetamine, two counts of trafficking in heroin, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for drug activities, and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $110,500.
Wilson was held under $20,500 secured bond, charged with sale and delivery of meth, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for drug activities, and paraphernalia.
Investigators then obtained a search warrant for the home on Spearman Road. The HEAT team, SWAT and Vice Narcotics investigators converged on the house, where they located heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, Adderall, marijuana, a firearm, and cash.
Five people were arrested and charged at the home, including:
• Daniel Ray Reynolds Jr., 45, of Leland, possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana and cocaine, maintaining a dwelling for drug activity, and paraphernalia. He was held under a $30,000 secured bond.
