Jennifer Scurdato has pleaded guilty in Columbus Superior Court for the second degree murder of Norm Foggan in April 2022.
Scurdato, 40, was sentenced Friday to 94 to 125 months in prison.
Deputies were called to the Snake Island Road home she shared with Foggan on April 8, 2022 around 7:15 a.m. Foggan was found dead in the home. He had been shot at least once, according to the report. Sources said the shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute. She was charged and arrested a day later.
Foggan was a well-known supporter of veterans causes in the area, and owned a garage in Whiteville where he and Scurdato worked.
