Meet HUCK! a 15-year-old mature gentleman, neutered male cat.
HUCK – N/M Senior – Bladen County Animal Control and Shelter
This Lovable Gentleman WILL be YOUR Huckleberry!
Ah, Huck is such a sweet boy! What a heartwarming story – he was adopted from the shelter 15 years ago and lived a life filled with love, and now he’s back due to no fault of his own. Despite the change, Huck is still the same lovable guy, and he’s been given the best 15 years of his life .
Now, Huck is looking for a new forever home where he can spend the rest of his life loved and cherished just like he was with his first adopter . Since he’s an indoor cat, he’ll thrive in a safe and cozy environment where he can be protected . Huck is definitely meant to be a house cat – he wouldn’t survive outside.
It’s been over a month since Huck came back to the shelter, and he’s really longing for a home of his own again. Can you open your heart and home to this deserving boy and give him the love and care he so richly deserves?
Adoptable at Paws Place Dog Rescue – Winnabow, N.C.
Meet RHEA!
RHEA – Paws Place – Winnabow NC
Rhea here, and boy am I ready for a big ole cozy couch to call my own! I have had a rough life for a 4 year old… Let me tell you what, I mean I am very lucky! I was a homeless stray, pregnant & alone and tripod (three legged dog) at that! Do not worry thankfully I didn’t stay at a county shelter long before a nice family fostered me and let me have my 6 beautiful girls while in their care. Once we were all safe and healthy we were brought to Paws Place!
I am so happy to have found a safe place for me and my girls but I am ready to find comfort in a forever home.
I am a little insecure about just about everything really. A lot has happened this last few months you know?
But my fosters wanted to share with you all, that I am house broken, and get along with cats/dogs so finding my forever family shouldn’t take long!
We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am-2:00 pm.
No appointment necessary.
