Two alleged thieves went back for a second helping and were arrested by Whiteville Police Monday. Clayton Xavier Benton, 23, and Harvey Elliot Harris, 23, were held under secured bonds. County commissioners Tuesday unanimously approved a budget amendment to preserve the county’s paramedic quick response vehicle (QRV) program.
