One person was seriously injured in a crash on Canal Cove Road this morning (Thursday) at Lake Waccamaw. The early morning wreck reportedly involved a work truck. Lake Waccamaw Town Spokesperson Meredith Parker said the victim was transported to an area hospital by Lake Waccamaw EMS. Parker said additional information is not being released at this time.
