Chadbourn Police have arrested a Subway employee who allegedly stole food and hundreds of dollars from her employer over the course of two months.
Jacqueline Christine Robinson, 29, was arrested on 24 counts of theft by employee, according to Detention Center records. Her bond was set at $10,500. Her address was listed as 2963 Marsh Road, Bladenboro.
Warrants show that beginning in September, Robinson took cash ranging from $40 to $200 at a time, as well as several sandwiches, from the Chadbourn Subway restaurant. On several occasions she took $200 from the store’s till, according to warrants. The total amount reported stolen was $4,501, according to warrants.
The warrants listed storeowner Nishith Patel as the witness who sought the warrant. C. Bethea of the Chadbourn Police investigated the case.
