Tabor City had its 2nd annual Spring Has Spring Festival on April 23. A parade for the event began at 10 a.m. followed by a car show, food and craft vendors, and a Kid’s Zone featuring Flimsy the Clown on the lawn in front of the fire department. Columbus County News was there to capture some of the fun to be had at the festival. Below is a gallery of the event.
