Tabor City Police have charged a man with statutory rape, incest and first degree sex offense after he allegedly had sex with a teenager and a child related to him.
Warrants show that Nestor Redonopalmo, 43, is being held under no bond. He was arrested Tuesday on three counts of indecent liberties with a child, to counts of statutory rape, incest with a child, and fist degree sexual offense.
Redondopalmo is charged with having sex with two girls related to him. One was 15 at the time of the alleged assault, and the second was six years of age, according to the warrants. The crimes occurred in November, and were investigated by Tabor City Police.
