Margaret Marie Tedder Formyduval, 91, of Nakina, met her Lord and Savior on Mother’s Day Sunday, May 12, 2024, while in her home.
Margaret was born on November 13, 1932, daughter of the late John Arthur Tedder and Mortie Lee Reynolds Tedder. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hartwell Brooks Formyduval; siblings, Avery Tedder, Rossie “Bob” Tedder, Ray Earl Tedder, John Gaston Tedder, Virginia Catherine Stifford, David “D.B.” Tedder, Mary Elizabeth Hayes, and Carl Roosevelt Tedder.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at Palmyra Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor John Roberson and Pastor Wayne Faulk officiating. Burial will follow in the Coval Forymduval Cemetery.
A visitation will be held prior to the service from 2:00-2:45 p.m. at the church.
The surviving family includes three sons, Joey Brooks Formyduval of Nakina, Don Terrance Formyduval (Sharon) of Whiteville, John Hartwell Formyduval of Little River; grandchildren, Maria F. Reaves (Jim), Jessica Formyduval, Don T. Formyduval, Jr. (Amanda); great-grandchildren, Bradley Reaves, Kennedy Reaves, Jamison Reaves, Sarah Reaves, Cole Edge, Jesse Edge, Terran Edge, and Sadie Formyduval.
