Georgia Vernell “Joyce” Melvin, 62, of 301 West Second Street, Tabor City, NC, died Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at her home.
The funeral will be 12 Noon Saturday, August 20, at Holy Light United Holy Church, 515 Queen Street, Tabor City, NC.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Chapel Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM and at the church Saturday one hour prior to and following the service.
Surviving are her mother, Christine Melvin of the home; sisters, Thelma M. Gause of Tabor City, NC and Valicia McArthur of Durham, NC.
