A Clarkton area woman was found dead in a stuck car with an intoxicated man and a toddler Friday, according to the Bladen Sheriff’s Office. The Governor’s Highway Safety Program and law enforcement agencies statewide are launching a weeklong initiative called “Speeding Catches Up With You” to crack down on speeding.
