Jewelry and cash were taken from a Gilliard Road woman in an alleged robbery Aug. 25.
Deputies responded to the home near Chadbourn on a disturbance call. Kayla Todd told the sheriff’s office that a man and woman she knows assaulted her, then stole $253 in cash, a silver necklace and two “ten carat” diamond rings, valued at a total of $2,000.
Todd refused medical treatment, and said she would obtain warrants for the couple.
