Betty Joe Kinney Owens, 89, of Lillington, died on Sunday, July 23, 2023, in the Lower Cape Fear Angel House in Whiteville, NC.
Betty was born on April 11, 1934, in Logan, West Virginia, daughter of the late Arnold & Beulah Crabtree Kinney. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Owens, and her siblings, Emmette Kinney, Bob Kinney, John Kinney, Donna Lilly, and Annette Gremler.
No services will be held at this time.
The surviving family includes a brother, Ray Maxwell Kinney of Cedar Lake, IN, and a niece, Theresa Rice of Lillington, NC.
